Return + Exchange Policy
Rules
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective merchandise. Please include photos of any defects or damages to help us resolve your issue faster.
If the return or exchange is due to an internal error (such as defective merchandise or an incorrect item sent), Divergent will cover all return shipping costs. If the return or exchange is due to fit issues (please review size charts carefully) or if you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to exchange it for a different size or style, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any additional shipping fees to send the replacement item back to you.
Returns and exchanges apply only to merchandise purchased online from the Koji Aiken Store.
If your order arrives damaged or in less than perfect condition, please email support@divergentmgmt.com with your order number and photos of both the item(s) and packaging. We will review and provide further instructions.
Purchased an Item at a Show or Event?
If the item you purchased at a show has a manufacturer’s defect, please reach out to your point of contact for that event.
Additional Details
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt only if items are unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Divergent is not responsible for lost or stolen packages/orders sent internationally via non-trackable shipping methods.
Exchanges are not offered for orders placed outside the United States and Canada.
How to Return an Item
To help us process your return quickly and smoothly, please follow these steps:
Review the “Rules of the Game” above to ensure your item qualifies for return.
Email support@divergentmgmt.com to request a return form and to arrange prepayment for a UPS return label. The cost to return an item via UPS is $10 USD. You will receive an invoice for the shipping label.
Fill out and print the return form included with your shipment confirmation. Your order number and item description are on your order confirmation email.
Pack the item securely along with the completed return form. Affix the prepaid UPS label to the outside of the package.
Drop off the package at the nearest UPS Store.
Email us after dropping off the return so we can monitor the tracking.
Please note:
If the return is due to an error by Divergent, we will refund your shipping costs. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.
