Payment by Credit Card
When you place your order through the Koji Aiken Store, hosted by Divergent, we will attempt to authorize your credit card with your financial institution. If authorization fails, you will receive an email notification and your order will not be processed.
If your credit card authorization fails, please double-check your billing information for accuracy, including card number and expiration date. If everything is correct, please contact your bank to resolve the issue.
Tax Information (Canada Only)
All shipments to Canadian addresses are subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Shipments to Ontario addresses include both GST and PST (Provincial Sales Tax).
Shipping fees are subject to GST.
International shipments are tax exempt.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items (please include photos of any defects).
If the return is due to an error on our part (defective merchandise or wrong item sent), Divergent will cover all return shipping costs. For returns due to fit or buyer’s remorse, you are responsible for return shipping and any additional shipping costs on the exchanged item.
Returns and exchanges apply only to merchandise purchased through the Koji Aiken Store online.
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@divergentmgmt.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging for assistance.
Returns Process
Email support@divergentmgmt.com to request a return form and return shipping label invoice ($10 USD).
Complete and print the return form included with your shipment confirmation.
Pack the item securely with the return form and affix the prepaid UPS label.
Drop off at your nearest UPS store and notify us via email so we can track your return.
Please note:
Undergarments and final sale media (CD, vinyl, DVD) are non-returnable.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders outside the US and Canada unless items are damaged.
Exchange Policy
We do not facilitate direct product exchanges. To exchange an item, place a new order and return your original purchase for a refund after we receive the returned item. Refunds are processed within 5-8 business days after receipt.

Divergent respects your privacy and follows applicable data protection laws including Canada’s PIPEDA. Your personal information is collected, used, and stored responsibly and only for order fulfillment and customer service purposes. Shipping & Sales Policy
Prices are displayed in USD by default and may adjust to your local currency based on IP address.
All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada via USPS, Canada Post, or UPS.
Domestic orders take up to 2 weeks; international orders may take 1 to 6 weeks depending on location.
Handling time is 2-3 business days before shipment.
Tracking is available for certain shipping options. Please check with the carrier's website for updates.
Divergent is not responsible for lost or stolen packages sent with non-trackable shipping options.
